These terms govern your use of Ebosi's apps, websites, and transportation services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a ride, or otherwise using Ebosi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Services

Ebosi connects riders with independent drivers and partner fleets for non-emergency medical transportation, ride-hailing, and courier services. Ebosi is not a medical provider.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

4. Payments & cancellations

Fares, fees, and cancellation policies are presented before booking. Healthcare-covered trips are billed to the arranging provider or broker.

5. Conduct

Ebosi is a community. Discrimination, harassment, and unsafe behavior are not tolerated and may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ebosi's liability is limited as described in this section and in your service-specific agreement.
