Driver Agreement

This agreement covers your relationship with Ebosi Technologies Corp. as a platform driver.

1. Eligibility

To drive on Ebosi you must hold a valid license, meet vehicle and insurance requirements, and pass background and motor-vehicle-record checks.

2. Trips & compensation

You are paid per accepted trip under the rate card in your driver app. Medical trips may include additional assist or complexity bonuses.

3. Conduct & training

Drivers complete required training (HIPAA basics, passenger-assist, defensive driving) before accepting medical trips. Adherence to service standards is a condition of continued access.

4. Independent contractor status

Unless specified otherwise in a separate employment agreement, you operate as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and vehicle.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with notice as described in the driver handbook. Ebosi may suspend access for safety reasons at any time.
